GENERAL

The General Terms and Conditions which govern the purchase and use of our services by each customer will be listed on a Statement of Work (“Customer”) entered into between customer and FreeCyberEval.com.  By accepting Services, Customer and Partner agree to those Terms and Conditions outlined in each Statement of Work.

SECURITY OF EVALUATION

All evaluation forms use a 256-bit SSL connection and are PCI, GDPR and CCPA compliant. All submissions are encrypted with RSA 2048 and automatically deleted.

INCLUDED IN EVALUATION

Generally speaking, your free cyber risk evaluation will include all of the following: cyber risk score, current threats and general threat levels, list of addressed vs. accepted risk, current cyber security controls, impact on insurance underwriting and claims, cyber security recommendations.
